Terms and Conditions for the Hartey Wealth Management Referral Scheme

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the referral Scheme (“Scheme”) offered by Hartey Wealth Management Ltd (“Company”). By participating in the Scheme, participants (“Referrers”) agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Scheme is open to existing clients of the Company who pay a monthly fee.
1.2 Referrers must be over 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
1.3 Employees, affiliates, and partners of the Company are not eligible to participate.
2. How the Scheme Works
2.1 Referrers can invite friends, family, or colleagues (“Referred Individuals”) to become clients of the Company.
2.2 The Referred Individual must meet the following criteria to qualify:
- Be a new client to the Company.
- Pay a monthly fee
2.3 To ensure proper tracking, the Referrer must provide the details of the Referred Individual in writing (email to info@harteywm.co.uk / post to Hartey Wealth Management Ltd, 9 – 11 Salop Road, Oswestry, Shropshire SY11 2NR / via referral leaflet). Name and contact details of the Referred Individual must be included.
3. Referral Rewards
3.1 Rewards will be issued within 60 days after the Referred Individual completes the qualifying action.
3.2 Upon completion of the qualifying action, the Referrer will be contacted by Hartey Wealth Management Ltd to confirm their choice of referral gift.
3.3 Referral gifts are subject to change and will be confirmed by Hartey Wealth Management upon completion of the qualifying action – examples are as follows:
- A Fortnum & Mason Gift Hamper, worth up to £300
- An overnight stay at The Chester Grosvenor
- A spa day for two at The Chester Grosvenor
- A donation to a charity of the Referrer’s choice, up to £300
3.4 There is a limit of 2 rewards per Referrer per 12 months.
4. Restrictions
4.1 Self-referrals or referring fictitious individuals are prohibited and will result in disqualification from the Scheme.
4.2 The Referred Individual must not have been a previous client of the Company.
4.3 The Scheme cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
5. Scheme Changes and Termination
5.1 The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Scheme at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Any changes will be communicated on the Company’s website or through direct communication with participants.
6. Disputes
6.1 In case of any disputes regarding the Scheme, the Company’s decision shall be final and binding.
6.2 Participants may call 0808 168 5866 or email info@harteywm.co.uk for assistance with issues or concerns.
7. Liability
7.1 The Company is not responsible for any technical issues, lost referrals, or other errors that may prevent participation in the Scheme.
7.2 Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.
8. Privacy
8.1 By participating in the Scheme, Referrers and Referred Individuals agree to the Company’s Privacy Policy – Privacy Policy | Hartey Wealth Management.
8.2 Personal data will be used solely for the administration of the Scheme and in accordance with applicable laws.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England.
9.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
