Acousta Products is celebrating after reporting a record turnover last year.
According to jubilant Business Manager Chris Jones, business is thriving. Acousta Products makes acoustic foam and rubber products for customers in the medical, automative, packaging and air conditioning industries.
The firm prides itself on its expertise in acoustic, sealing and packaging solutions, and on being able to deliver quality products, technical expertise and an excellent level of customer service.
Its products use the latest machinery to supply both standard and specialist foams in a wide array of colours and facings.
The Telford-based company was started over 25 years ago before being bought in 2022 by Bristol-based engineering and manufacturing business Avon Group. Following the purchase, their group director Mark Rushin said that the deal made sense, as the two operated in similar markets. He anticipated “exciting new opportunities for future growth”.
Shortly afterwards, Avon Group also acquired Antivibe (Hull) Limited, a bespoke manufacturer of precision-made technical rubber and plastic components and power transmission couplings.
Following the acquisition of Acousta Products, Avon Group wasted no time in investing in machinery that has helped the business boom. Companies such as this can often look to investment planning services in Oswestry, Shropshire and other counties for guidance.
Acousta Products employs circa 30 staff. It has a 25,000 square foot facility in Telford, from which it operates an extensive range of specialist manufacturing plant and equipment producing products, precision cut for insulation, industrial sealing, and acoustic and protection purposes.
