According to recent research, many enterprises across the United Kingdom could now be looking at a re-shuffle of their executive management teams. Statistics show that 64% of the UK’s private equity investors state that they are now seeking out new C-suite teams.
From companies concerned with private equity to individual investors, those looking for assets to complete a portfolio take investment advice in Chester, Manchester and other cities. Among the experts engaged are wealth managers, whose teams take a more comprehensive approach to providing financial advice compared to other industry professionals.
The research highlighted the skills that board directors and executive leadership teams should pay attention to and acquire when they are attempting to fill top executive positions within their enterprises.
The new data revealed that the fresh demand for changes in leadership is being driven by companies requiring new strategic thinking to cope with the current economic climate. Close to half of all private equity investors surveyed based in the UK showed that they were now seeking new leadership to handle supply chain disruptions. 38% stated that they needed executives with the ability to lead an enterprise in the high-inflation environment.
The researchers weighed in, stating that due to the present financial climate in the UK combined with the expansion of the ESG agenda and need for digital transformation in many firms, it is understandable that so many of the country’s private equity investors are hunting for new leaders to fortify their corporate positions.
