With more than a decade of experience in the wealth‑management sector, Tristan holds the Diploma in Financial Advice (DipFA) from the London Institute of Banking & Finance and earned a BA (Hons) in International Relations from the University of Leeds.
A committed advocate for professional excellence, Tristan is an active member of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT). He has held numerous leadership roles within the organisation, most recently chairing the Main Platform Committee for the 2023 MDRT Global Conference in Singapore.
Tristan’s insights are frequently sought by media and policymakers alike. He has contributed articles on financial services to the UK Parliament and to leading publications in the United States and Australia. He is equally at home on the international stage, delivering keynote addresses on culture and networking across the USA, Asia and Europe. Recently he spoke to over 6,000 people at the MDRT annual meeting in Miami.
Beyond his professional commitments, Tristan is a member of the Leaders Council of Great Britain & Northern Ireland and serves as a trustee of the Charlotte Hartey Foundation. He is also a Diamond Knight of the MDRT Foundation, reflecting his dedication to community and charity.

Outside Of Work
Tristan is an avid traveller who spends much of his free time discovering new cities and countries, either solo or with his wife Hannah-May and their goldendoodle, Rusty. He is passionate about hiking and skiing, with his favourite destination being New Zealand, particularly the stunning landscapes around Tekapo and the Roys Peak hike just outside Wanaka. When not exploring the outdoors, he enjoys reading, visiting the theatre or cinema, and immersing himself in new cultures.
