Since co-founding Hartey Wealth Management in 2014, he has led the business with passion and innovation, driving the firm to multiple industry awards and establishing a reputation for clarity, trust, and results.

Outside Of Work
Karl is an adventurer at heart. A keen mountain biker and veteran of over ten international car rallies, he also cherishes time spent exploring the Cornish coast with his two dogs, Mollie and Tobie. Their playful antics have inspired a best-selling children’s book series, written by Karl, capturing the joy of curiosity, adventure, and family. He is also proud to support The Charlotte Hartey Foundation, a charity dedicated to helping children thrive.
