New research has revealed that 90 per cent of British investors that do not already possess cryptocurrency assets or invest currently in an exchange would be keen to invest in crypto if given the option.
Additionally, the report found that 79 per cent of cryptocurrency investors sell and buy via an exchange, with only 24 per cent investing using a traditional bank.
According to the recent survey, 25 per cent of investors choose not to invest in cryptocurrency because of a lack of trust in exchanges dedicated to crypto. Uncertainty of how to enter the cryptocurrency market was main reason given by 33 per cent of respondents, while 31 per cent were hesitant due to the volatility of the market.
Uncertainty was also given as the key reason for consumers not making investments in non-fungible tokens (NFTs), with 41 per cent of those surveyed taking this stance.
